We started a wine club in 2004 and are thrilled to have family, friends and fans as members. We hope and believe this is a fun and useful way for you to try our wines as they are released. Since we produce only one wine under the Arbios label, we combined the wines from our second label, Praxis, to provide a better range of wine samplers to you throughout the year.
A membership fee of $50 (plus tax and shipping) gets you a special wine gift at the time of enrollment. After that, you will receive four samplers a year. Each sampler will include one or two 750-ml bottles of wine. As a member, you will also receive a discount of 15% on all orders. And who knows….if I ever get to keep some fruit from the press, you might get grape jelly!
Your credit card will be charged $25 plus tax and shipping (where applicable) as the quarterly samplers are shipped. If you are not satisfied, you may cancel your membership at any time. We hope you will give it a try.

Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we are only permitted to ship to the following states: Alaska, California, Colorado, Washington Dc, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire (8% tax, as per the NH Law), New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
If you are having us ship to a limited direct shipping state or a state requiring a consumer permit you are representing to us that this order is within your legal rights.

Some states outside of California are now requiring that we collect sales tax payable to that state. If we are required to collect sales tax for your state the tax will be added to your invoice and collected before shipment.
If common carriers will not deliver to your state at the time we ship, a legal address in a reciprocal state will be required for shipping. Contact your state alcohol regulatory authority or log onto www.freethegrapes.org for further information.
All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom you are directing delivery is at least 21 years old.
