It could be already installed on your computer (once the file is downloaded, try to double-click on the file's icon), otherwise you can install it yourself. To get Acrobat Reader, click on the icon, and follow the instructions.
Acrobat Reader Download

For AOL users who have problems with the PDF file: This is actually an AOL problem. You need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your system. Once this is done, you can then either download the file and read it offline. To download the PDF, right click on the link and choose Save Target As (or Save Link As for Netscape users) from the pop up menu. This will bring up a standard Save As dialog box. Pick a location to save it to and hit the save button.

To really fix the problem make some adjustments to the Reader so that it will integrate with the AOL version of the browser. For more details from AOL, click here.

MS Word
If you have MS Word installed, left click on documents marked as such and the document will begin downloading and will automatically open when complete. If you prefer to download and save to disk, right click here, choose "Save Target As", then select the folder on your hard drive where you wish to save the download.

You can also download a free Microsoft Word Viewer from Microsoft we site.
