The 2002 Arbios Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is deep purple in color with garnet hues and violet highlights. An earthy aroma is accented with scents of cedar, violets and sage. Bright flavors of bing cherries and rich, warm vanilla blend easily on the palate. Arbios is full bodied, smooth and balanced. Two years in French oak give the wine a toasty character and the tannins are well integrated.
